About Us
We are a Christian non-denominational group, involved in intercession, mission support and visitation in collaboration with mission agencies such as Calvary Ministries (CAPRO), Christian Missionary Foundation (CMF), God’s Own Evangelistic Discipleship Ministry, Christian Students in Mission (CSIM) and other mission agencies. We are involved in Character-Based Relationship and Sexual Integrity Education (C.B.R.S.I.E) training in secondary schools.
We are also involved in outreaches to commercial sex workers in collaboration with Connecting Hearts Initiative.
Pan African Purpose Driven Women Initiative is an organization registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria in 2013 with the registration number CAC/IT/NO 61653. We are registered with the Oyo State Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Inclusions as well as the ministry of education. We belong to Child Protection Network (CPN) and Association of Women Orientation Issues for sustainable Development of Nigeria (AWON).

The Problem
Across many communities, women and children face persistent risks of: Sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) Human trafficking and exploitation Child abuse and neglect Economic vulnerability and social exclusion Survivors often lack access to safe shelter, psychosocial support, skills, and livelihood opportunities—making reintegration and long-term recovery difficult. PAPDWI bridges this gap by combining protection, rehabilitation, empowerment, and advocacy within a holistic model.
Our Thematic Focus Areas
1. Sexual & Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) Prevention
We implement sensitisation, prevention education, and advocacy to promote awareness, strengthen reporting pathways, and foster community accountability against sexual and gender-based violence.
2. Child Protection
PAPDWI conducts child protection sensitisation and advocacy, working with families, caregivers, schools, and community stakeholders to safeguard children from abuse, exploitation, and neglect.We also conduct periodic capacity building conferences for teenagers.
3. Women Safe House – Ladies of Virtue( Implemented as the BloomingDames Centre in partnership with Connecting Hearts)
PAPDWI operates a Women Safe House, Ladies of Virtue, providing secure shelter and holistic rehabilitation for:
Survivors of human trafficking
Survivors of sexual and gender-based violence
Women transitioning from commercial sex work
Services include psychosocial support, counselling, life skills development, and reintegration preparation.
4. Discipleship programmes and rehabilitation for Ladies of Viture through weekly Bible study and prayer sessions.
5. Skills Acquisition & Value-Based Empowerment
Through structured vocational training and ethical value-based education, PAPDWI equips Ladies of Virtue with market-relevant skills, self-confidence, and purpose-driven mindsets for sustainable living.
6. Enterprise Development & Start-Up Support
We provide enterprise tools, financial literacy, and start-up support to enable survivors build viable micro-enterprises, access income-generating opportunities, and achieve economic independence.
7. Advocacy & Systems Engagement
PAPDWI engages government agencies, community leaders, and religious institutions through dialogue and advocacy to strengthen prevention frameworks, survivor reintegration systems, and inclusive policies.
8. Trauma-informed care and Psychosocial support : We provide the following services
Individual and group counselling
Trauma recovery sessions
Emotional regulation, self-esteem, and resilience building
Referral for specialised medical and mental health services
